Support team is outstanding - friendly and professional
I am satisfied using Fozzy.com web hosting.
They are amazing, the help is so fast and they always find a way to fix it.
I had two websites down and they got if back up in no time, i just love their customer service. They always respond in sometimes less than 5 minutes and work round the clock no matter what time i contact them.

This decent SSD HOST gets DOUBLE THUMBS UP!
My first surprise at Fozzy is the speed. I have not encountered any technical problems, so I have not had any comments on the support. In contrast to other providers, I have to contact the support to overcome the technical problems once a week. Whereas, but when using Fozzy I have not used any one ticket for 3 months.
I have had no issues with them at all and have moved three other client's website to Fozzy. They may be a few dollars more expensive, but certainly worth it.

Customer support always respond fast
The services that Fozzy.com offers are really excellent and cheap. I have been with them for a little over a year now, and the service is as excellent today as it was the day I signed up. Support is all important to me, I do not know a lot but want to do so much, they help me along the road all the way.
You will not be disappointed. We give Fozzy.com out highest and unqualified recommendation.

I like them and highly recommend!
I've tried 7 different web hosts to date and the reason I chose and have continued to stay with Fozzy is their customer service. Boasting about uptime and reliability is great (it has been outstanding on this front by the way), but what really matters is how a host responds to issues when they arise. Good communication and customer service is key to a great web-host, and this host has these qualities in spades.
Having been with 7 other hosting services before dealing with this ssd hosting provider, I can honestly say Fozzy team are by far the best!

Glad to deal with Fozzy - their ssd web hosting service is really fast. I'm impressed with their support team. Always willing to assist me over and over again with even the smallest request.
I was roped in with the shared hosting offered with discount code, then upgraded to a VPS account and host for a few different websites with no problem. I've recommended Fozzy to several clients with no problems.
All in all, my experience has been good.

They could double their price and I would stay with them
We switched to Fozzy.com after having enough of the downtime with our old hosts. From our time with them I have nothing but high praise indeed.
The response times are lightning fast (the longest I have had to wait for a response to a ticked question was just over 1 hour - which is more than acceptable, seeing as other bigger companies can take 7-14 days to reply).
Price is great, reliability is great and I would definitely recommend them to others.

No issues with viruses or hackers
I can express the point that Fozzy is a good host, I have both my work and personal web site hosted by them. The price is great and everyhting is perfect. By far the best hosting ssd host I have used: ever.
There were three things I was looking for:
1) Great price
2) Great service
3) variety of tools (web development, webmail, website analysis, etc)
This host meet all my expectations and I am pleased to find Fozzy service.
Highly recommend them!

Fozzy service is cheap with lots of great features
They actually listen to what your whole problem is, and not just picking out the key words they need to hear to get you off the Skype ASAP. Never more than a few minutes of wait time!
I needed a lot of additional help getting things sorted out as my previous host organized things quite differently, but I can honestly say that I'm confident in the efficient, flexible, and powerful services available to our sites through Fozzy.
To my knowledge, my site has never been down. I have used their technical support many times.
Highly recommend Fozzy!

Tech support is very accessible.
Their uptime is very good. My sites are in save hands - Fozzy.com is highly recommended!
They have adjusted their pricing plans over time to keep them competative and currently are extremely competitive in their pricing. I've found their support to be good. They respond quickly, know how to fix problems, spend an appropriate amount of time investigating and responding to issues.

Fozzy is Ok for getting VPS!
I host my sites on many hosting servers and I can definitely say that Fozzy.com is one of the best hosting companies in the bussines. I have 5 client websites hosted with them and their support is above and beyond the call of duty and practically instant within minutes. They even assisted with a MySql coding that was nothing to do with them.
I doubt there is anyone better than them. They have lots of useful tools and they work great. they're support team always gets to my support tickets in a timely manner and being able to call someone 24/7 is a real nicety.
