This has got to be THE worst company on the face of the earth. Pleeeeeeease stay away from this company. I've had every problem with these guys as you could possibly imagine. They do not know how to run a company. They will fall soon.

When Nathan Wilkerson ran NPSIS, support was better than I could have hoped for, but in 2006 Nathan changed direction (wilkersonart.com), and sold NPSIS to ABriYah LLC in Apex, NC. Under the new management, the company is now as bad as it once was good!

They were once great, now they are awful. They billed me last month, but claimed they didn't. Couldn't access email, couldn't get through to anyone, tech support non-existent. Canceling service at the end of the month.

Not many problems with this vendor. Service has been good and prices are decent. Unix offerings have declined of late noted some minor bugs in the FreeBSD control panel. Got good workaround from support, but no fix.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. ZERO SUPPORT, HELL YOU CAN NOT EVEN LOG IN ON THEIR WEBSITE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOSTING COMPANY THERE IS.

NPSIS sent me several notes 5 months before my renewal was due, saying it was due that day and would be shut off if not renewed before midnight. I renewed it only to find out it was not true and they wouldn't refund my money.

The newly implemented control panel and email tools are the worst. You can even view your Sent email folder, since there isn't one!!! That's only one of the many, usually, standard features that are missing with the new NPSIS. Don't bother with these guys

I worked for NPSIS as tech support tell they sold the company to two people who have no clue what they are doing notice all the good revews are before Sep. 06 none after. I jumped ship when the new owners took over and would recomend the same to anyone.

After a recent server crash, they were completely unsupportive. Had no backup resources in place to restore the content. No responses to any phone calls or e-mails until dogged frequently. Complete disappointment. Seeking other host now.

I've used these guys for over a year......they *used* to be great. In the last month, there's been several episodes of server down, server rejecting my account, loss of email, delays in email. When I call the office, they are usually too busy to call back,

I have been a loyal customer for several years and have been very satisfied with NSPIS. They are very affordable and do a great job. The only reason I am leaving is because my web developer has asked me to let him do the hosting .

Not enough room to say how happy I am with NPS. I have several cutomer sites hee as well as my own. I challange them and they make it right. Always a pleasure to call. Keep it up!

Very good hosting package. Always helpful when i call. Billing dept however automatically renew your hosting without asking which in some case can be anoying.

I have many sites with NPSIS, and I've been very impressed with their service. If there is a knock, it's that my sites hosted on their service can seem sluggish at times in comparison to sites hosted on other services.

NPSIS has been the best host I've ever had, hands down. My friends complain about their hosts all the time, and I always recommend they switch.
