Network uptime is great.
I must say Rockhoster support is second to none, I'm not an expert at web hosting and I've had many questions, the support answers in a timely manner, has capable friendly staff and always takes the time to help me understand the solution! Can add that the network uptime is great - 99.9% guarantee is correct - I'm very glad. They provide quality, fast, and friendly service.

I really enjoy my experience.
I've rarely had to contact the support team for anything and on the occasions when I have they responded immediately with an email from an actual person who resolved my issues right away. The network support has been very good at helping me setup a domain and then transfer another domain to my account. I really enjoy my experience dealing RockHoster team. Recommended.

Support team is helpful!
Let me drop a few lines of Rockhoster and tell you what I kike and what I do not like. It seems guys try to invest into the quality, rather then in support team. If you do not need to contact support team for some help - that is really great, isn’t it? I hope soon they will increase number of data center locations.

Support replies fast with no delays
Good day! I just wish to commend Rockhoster staff for being efficient and friendly in supporting my needs for my account mails this early morning. They deserve this letter because they made it easy for me to get through and to my email settings and the likes which isn't truly my cup of tea. Warm regards.

I got all the help I needed
I must say they provide really good customer support service. Rockhoster OpenVZ VPS hosting service is reliable option for hosting any kind of web sites. I have not had one day of trouble from this hosting account, and only contact them to help me set up issues with my domain.
