I think the deciding factor, after price, features, and reputation, was that Gigapros is US-based. Servers are stable and fast, support is very professional! They are always helpful and friendly no matter how simple or complex my questions are.

They are efficient and have always helped solve whatever issue I'm having (not always the friendliest, but I guess that's part of the efficiency really). I have been with them for about eight months and must say that they met my expectations. I'm the webmaster for about a half dozen sites. Packages include many great tools, easy to use with very good video training available.
