Been with hostforweb since 2003. First on a shared server and then since 2004 on a dedicated server. Very rarely a problem and when there is it's fixed very quickly.

HOSTFORWEB IS THE WORST HOSTING SERVICE IN THE WORLD. THE STOLE YOUR INFORMATION AND THE PUT VIRUS AND SPAM IN YOUR FILES AND AFTER THEY SEND YOU AN E-MAIL TO CHARGE YOU TO REMOVE THEIR OWN SCAM NEVER USE HOSTFORWEB. IF YOU ARE MEMBER SWITCH RIGHT AWAY

This is the worst host I have ever been with, service has been down for hours with no help from the support staff. They have stole my money and they will not give it back! Please do not host with this company unless you like lots of downtime and no suppor

i have been with HFW for around 5 years now. yes there were ups and downs but what really brought me this far with them is their support. it's simply anytime, everytime you need quick answers ... you got them.

Reseller for 3 years. Customerservice has always been great, and you get plenty space for your money, but they've started to do some strange things the last year or so. They increased storage, but servers are slooow and mail get's stuck for hours.

These two last months at hostforweb.com have been very nice. They upgraded the servers with two extra GB of RAM and the servers are blazing fast now. The customer support is solid and they answer your questions even on a sunday night! I migrated from Varh

It is impossible to get help from the cpanel website. Impossible to manage (add/edit) mailing lists. So incredibly UNFRIENDLY!!!
