Have used H4W for a few years, over last 6 months or so have had terrible VPS problems. Unstable and unreliable with down-time excceding acceptable. Fast and friendly tech support but not able to get it corrected.

Seems to have a lot of trouble with he VPS up-time. Problems for last 6 months with no resolution, have left messages, submitted trouble tickets and keep get same answer....we are working on it. Inthe meantime they cannot seem to get it fixed not offer a

HFW is a good deal for the money although I do find that my server response tends to be slow and that I often have log-in issues - I have considered switching my hosting to another to see if I can get better performance. Customer service is good though -

Hosting for 2 years now. Fast downloads, great stability, no problems, rare there was a need to contact support, but always got fast assistance. I am fine with hostforweb

HFW provides decent service, and they're up every time I check. The biggest problem is the speed of their back end interfaces. Receiving email and using CPanel are generally quite slow.

I have been with host for web for a couple of years. Company grew too fast??? Lost and slow email. Server crashes. Excuses from live support. Promises made but not kept. If proof of improvement will stay, but otherwise, time to go.

Cant be borthered to increase folder limits. Unfriendly support. Lots of disconection and downtimes. Service fails. Mail server offline. My sugestion stay away from them.

Ive been a hostforweb lover for almost 6 months I have upgrade my account 3 times, * Shared *VPS* and now im on dedicated server...... GOTTA BE THE BEST HOSTING COMPANY OUT THERE!!!!

One of the best host i have ever seen. Everything perfect except billing. Billing system is pretty untidy and lame. Other than that...... this host ROCKS...... I am glad, i switched...... :)

VERY difficult to understand how to use. I am totally frustrated. Can't use the email or figure out the ftp. Can't find a phone number to get help. Very confusing.

horrible. Demo comes up in Arabic, Tech Support had no idea what was going on and demo wouldn't come up for 10 minutes as there site was down!

I don't understand why I can't obtain the help I need. I have called and left messges for tech support NEVER to receive a call back. I have money for hosting and I can get no help. Specially I need help to find out where I obtain my email.

Terrible experience. Constant problems, websites that spontaneously become unconfigured, e-mail that doesn't work, or most scary of all e-mails that are not recieved but not bounced either, so customers think you're ignoring them.
