Go with them, they are good!
I have been Gigapros hosting service for about 8 months. My site has traffic from Asia and also the US. They are very good service, excellent customer service via chat and email.rnrnControl panel has a lot of good software like blog and forum. I have several accounts with them, and they continue to impress! Go with them, they are good!

Pricing is more than fair
Gigapros has been a great webhost for me. I've had no site downtime other than my taking the site down to re-build or revamp, but that's of my doing. Most of my problems are answered very quickly. rnPricing is more than fair - I really can't figure out how they manage to maintain such quality at those prices. They also keep introducing new plans that offer more for less money. rnAll in all, I have to give Gigapros a perfect 100% on my grading scale for their surpassed reliability, stability, performance, and excellent customer support.

I do not know how those guys keep the prices so low for the level of support they provide. Glad to find gigapros web host. great hosting. excellent one-on-one service. top company to deal with. highly recommended.

I have had a shared account with Gigapros for over 6 months and had no real problems. It's good cheap hosting. They will help you with anything be it Scripts, Billing, or the server itself. Many thanks to my friend who suggested me this web host.

Having come from a really crap host to Gigapros, the support is great, the load speed is great and the uptime is also good.... they have a 99.9% uptime guarantee! I especially love their support. Amazing Web-host!!!!!!

It happened so that I had really bad experience with my previous host and decided to choose gigapros services and transfer all my files to them. I have been with Giga Pros for about 7 months and have to say thier reliability is great... worth the price!

I found Gigapros web host and all has been great... The package I use is perfect for me, the pricing is very reasonable and the payment plan fits my needs wonderfully. It is responsive! It is a web host that will keep your web sites up!

I have only had good experiences with Giga pros web host! The customer service has been extremely quick, efficient and friendly. Support it is the best. It also has nice pricing... Servers are stable, speed connectivity is fast.

Before finding Gigapros, I had no idea that 'customer service' existed in a web hosting company. I was used to 3-5 day turn around for even the most simple of questions with previous hosts. It is definitely my top choice. There is no other!

Particularly impressed with the work they do for me. I would like to say that gigapros does offer a very good price and on the half dozen or so times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night.

I am most impressed with Gigapros for their friendly, timely and helpful support. They have helped me get several sites up and running in no time. The cpanel provided is useful and easy to use. Can say that this host is perfect for VPS hosting.

Webhosting service in Europe and especially in Italy is very expensive one. Gigapros as US based web host is cheap enough for me and it does have a lot of useful features. On my end I experience very good connection speed and uptime.

I switched from shared to VPS hosting and Giga pros support was really helpful... They done it for Free and I am glad. Now I have so many privileges on VPS account. And the uptime has been perfect.

I've been with Gigapros since March 2010 and they have been amazing, they stay competitive and are always increasing their site space and offerings at to extra cost to me. Their uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus.

I chose gigapros a year ago because they had the cheapest prices but it turned out they had the best support as well... they help me out alot and they are always there to support me when i need it. Out of all the hosting i have tried, gigapros is the best
