Nice host for WordPress blogs.
You can trust DataPacket web host. They've hosted my WordPress blog for my business for about a year now and the responsiveness through their customer-service is reason enough to stay with them. I've only written in to the support staff to talk about upgrading my package, as my site has expanded greatly on their servers. They've handled every ticket quickly, and with the responses you'd want from the very start.

Well, Datapacket is a TOP host for Wordpress. I have been running my wordpress blogs (3 blogs) with Datapacket for about 4 months. Customer support was very helpful in transferring my files (blogs) to their web servers. I also got Private SSL and 1-year Domain Registration for free. The hosting plans capacity might not be amazingly huge, but it's reasonable and fair. So far the uptime has been better then they say it is and I've had nothing but the best technical support from them. I recommend this web host, at least I know that my website hosting is secured for years to come!

Phenomenal Service!
Would have to say that the customer support is unbeatable. The uptime is almost 100% and there were no issues that I had with other hosts in past. You will be very pleased. Needed support from Datapacket US dedicated hosting, submitted a support request, and to my surprise it was resolved. Phenomenal Service! It is Great! It is the fastest response I have ever experienced in the Hosting Industry less than 5 Minutes On A Sunday Evening! I like it very much when you deal with hosting providers.

Rock solid control panel.
The guys at Datapacket server host are no nonsense and respond promptly both with follow-up emails and to any additional questions I ask them. They've sent me error logs, done lots of digging and helped out with all kinds of problems I've had with wordpress installs and other issues. You can't beat the price!
I've used DataPacket vps hosting for about 3 months now. Hosted multiple domains. You can make your own backups too and retrieve a file which you've accidently overwritten or deleted from the directory. I love this host! They've been the best. Great prices and package deals, too. Never had a problem with DataPacket.net hosting service.

In addition to the high level of service, we get the extra satisfaction of supporting a local business going from strength to strength. Reliable hosting service.
The customer service is excellent! I expect fast resolution to my requests for assistance and haven’t been disappointed when dealing with DataPacket.net web host... I bought dedicated hosting plan which served my demands. I usually get responses within 15 minutes. They also have support for a lot of extra features that many hosts don't – Ruby on Rails in particular. Thanks for reliable hosting service.

Good servers!
I've had a lot of stress dealing with other hosting providers. I was treated poorly and getting any kind of useful help or feedback was near impossible. My most sincere thanks to all the staff at Datapacket.net which have been great and that guy has gone the extra mile more than one occasion for me even though he didn’t have to, and that will get you more business and customer loyalty than any other strategy. impressed with the server speed
By learning Joomla and building a site on Datapacket.net, I was able to update my resume and get a job as a personal assistant for a very interesting entrepreneur. I've been with their VPS hosting for 3 months and I'm very impressed with the server speed and personal service. Highly recommended!
