Fair company.
I had a diificult situation and contacted their tech staff... And it was a breeze. Clear and simple process of solving the issue. All the technical requests I've had so far have been promptly and effectively attended.

I trust them.
I have been with Legionbox for many years and their service and support are quick and helpful. They have never needed to pass me on to another tier, the first person you connect with is very experienced and knowledgable. When I need suppot it's for something very technichal usually and everytime, they are quick to diagnose and fix the issue. I manage 40+ client sites on Legionbox and do not trust anyone else with my business.

I dare say that Legionbox hosting is great and beyond praise. And their pricing policy is simple and flexible. Support is on-line for 24 hours.
