Started out pretty good and reliable, but over the past 6 months they've become VERY unreliable. Moving .... 1) THey blocked a website of mine on another hosting company w/o notification 2) They patched their vps during a Saturday wo adequate notificat

You do your job with little fanfare and I don't have to do anything extra to know my website is up and running. Every one I have delt with has been helpful and friendly and I know nothing about this computer stuff but their people are patient with me

I really like the Outlook Web Access and Postini filtering. MyHosting website is great for troubleshooting issues. Agents very friendly, easy to understand, short wait times.
