Uptime is lousy, my sites have been down regularly. Support is terrible, it takes days for replies to a ticket, chat hangs up before you've connected, forget calling. Will be switching back to old host. NOT recommended.

Arvixe destroyed my whole year of work because of incompetent staff and extremely poor customer service. They suck!!

Really, They a liars. They don't have an unlimited webspace account. Personal Class - only 20Gb Bussines Class - no more than 40Gb webspace. Now, ask yourself, 4$ for 20Gb isn't it too much.

Arvixe simply has the best customer support unit I've ever experienced.... And given that I've had to move webhosts twice on account of unreliable live support, my experience with Arvixe so far has been remarkably heart-warming. 'll recommend them anyday!

Tech support is useless. The say that they have 24/7 support, but it takes them at least a day to respond. After 4 days of not having email & telling them how to fix it on day 1, I went back to my old host, who are more expensive. But YGWYPF.

I only use my account for email really but thought they deserved a nice word out of me. I've installed a few test forums without any problems, all loading very fast which is a huge relief compared to my old hosting company, no issues with mail either. TY

A truly terrible cheap web host. Sadly you get what you pay for is far too true here. Save yourself a lot of headaches and chose someone else. Otherwise expect to be treated rudely during support requests and suffer through regular service downtime.

I agree, Arvixe is going downhill fast. slow servers, support is non-present. 99,9% uptime is a blatant lie, forget Arvixe, there are many better hosts
