If you have high traffic site, don't go with Arvixe, they will suspend your account and ask you to move to more expensive plan, then after that they will be ok for few months and again suspend your account and ask to buy another package. I would not go wi

No complaints whatsoever. Their online tech support is excellent -- I've never had to wait more than 30 seconds for a chat representative, and all three of the reps I've worked with were great. Excellent price/value ratio.

Get what you pay for.......I use to use Arvixe all the time......May 1,2010 they had a DOS attack. Reps only want to upsell you to fix the problem. Just a warning!!!!!

I must say... Rohit has done very good job for us to restore backup.... was really imp for us after 40 mins talks and searched a lot... rohit did very very very excellent job for us. We really thank you and we really appriciate rohit effots to get.

Arvixe is one of the best Web Hosts I have ever had. I'm a webmaster of 25 Sites and customers all of my customers are satisfied! When I moved to arvixe my customers asked if there where any hidden fees because its only 4$.It's Simply the best!

I have a Linux account with these guys. Have had great service and support. Support techs have successfully fielded all of my issues quickly and even provided supplemental code where applicable. Overall great job!

The billing support and the technical support staff have been very helpful. One time I accidently joined my ad on account files with my main domain files and they patiently worked it out for me. I really feel like this was a good choice for my hosting.

I was having issues with getting my site up and they spend over an hour online with me figuring out how I could get things working. We figured it out and they were great to take all that time. If you like GREAT customer service then I would consider them.

I think there is only one problem with Arvixe. They don't have a plan selection wizard. So that when my site grew we were advised to move from a 7 $ plan to a 105 $/month one. Service is great but for about 400 uniquie visitors per day 105 is too much.
