Everything is hosted on Canadian servers by a Canadian company, which mattered to us for patriotic reasons, but being PIPEDA compliance is an additional benefit. Their support team answers tickets quickly with actual fixes rather than canned replies, and they migrated our WordPress site and email over for free with no downtime. Pricing is straightforward too: the rate we signed up at is the rate we renew at, with none of the introductory bait-and-switch other hosts pull. CanSpace has been the most reliable web host we've used, and I'd recommend them to any Canadian business or anyone who wants their data kept on Canadian soil.
